Complaints and Returns

Returns

Products purchased from us can be returned within 14 days of receiving the package. To do so, you can log in to your account and use the quick return feature.

Select products to return

Return all or only selected items from your order list. You have 14 days to make the return.

Provide shipping details

Check the information pulled from your order and complete any missing details, including shipping method, packaging type, and dispatch date.

Pack and send the package

Pack the return in the same or different packaging. Hand the package to a courier, drop it off at a locker, or at a shipping point. The products will be returned to the store.

Remember to include the receipt and the withdrawal statement in the package. You can download the statement here: Withdrawal Form. If using a different form, be sure to include your account number and clearly fill in your full name. This will speed up the refund process. The withdrawal statement can also be sent by email to: contact@krzysztoflachowski.com. The 14-day return period is determined by the date the email with the withdrawal statement is sent or the date the return package is dispatched. Returned products must be complete (with tags) and show no signs of use. If a product does not meet these requirements, we will have to return it to you at your expense.

Refunds for returned items will be processed no later than 14 days after receiving the package. The method of refund depends on the payment method used when placing the order. If the order was paid via instant transfer, the refund will be processed the same way. In the case of partial returns, shipping costs will not be refunded.

The customer bears the cost of returning products to the store. If an order was paid for but not collected, we will refund the order value minus the cost of return shipping.

Complaints

If the product you purchased is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, we will gladly help you resolve the issue. Below is the complaint procedure:

  1. Describe the problem in detail and include all relevant information and documents, such as the order number, receipt, or invoice.
  2. We will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible and provide further instructions regarding the complaint.
  3. If the complaint is accepted, we will aim to resolve the issue in the most favorable way for you. This may include replacing the product with a new one, repair, refund, or another form of compensation.
